Graduated from Linn Technical School in 1982 with an Associate’s Degree in Drafting and Design.  He has 5 years of experience at St. Louis County Surveying and Engineering and 22 years of experience at Baer Engineering, specializing in property boundary surveys, subdivisions, land development planning, ALTA/ACSM surveys, and property descriptions.  He also works on Commercial Site Development projects, including site planning and layout, parking lots, grading plans, and utility services. Other experience includes working on Municipal Engineering projects, including roadways, stormwater management, sanitary sewer collection, water distribution, and construction inspection.  He is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Missouri and a member of the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors (MSPS).
