Graduated from the University of Missouri-Rolla in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  He has 16 years of experience at Baer Engineering, including 5 years as Owner and Project Manager.  He has extensive experience in all aspects of the firm’s services, including Municipal Engineering, Commercial Site Development, Environmental Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Project Management, Contract Administration, Construction Inspection, and Land Surveying.  He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Missouri, a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and a member of the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors (MSPS).
